About Applications
Internships are programs that allow students to gain practical work experience and training as employees or staff members within companies and other organizations. The purpose of these programs is to help students understand corporate and social culture, assess their own career aptitude and abilities, broaden their perspectives in their academic field, and enhance their motivation for learning. Internships are currently offered by a wide range of organizations, including private companies, government agencies, and local governments.
There are two types of internships: those offered as part of the official course "Off-Campus Practicum" (see the course catalog) and those that are not. The Career Support Office handles the latter type. Announcements for these internships are posted on this page.
Internships handled by the Career Support Office are considered voluntary, off-campus activities based on students' individual interests. Therefore, as a general rule, students are expected to find information and apply directly to companies or organizations on their own initiative. If you are considering an internship, please be proactive in searching for a host organization yourself.
Please note that for internships at government agencies and other organizations where the university is designated as the application channel instead of individual students, the details are compiled in the "University-Coordinated Internships" list. The university will collect and submit these applications.
