Faculty of Science and Technology and Graduate School of Science and Technology Long-term Internship

About the Faculty of Science and Technology and Graduate School of Science and Technology Long-term Internship

The Faculty of Science and Technology and Graduate School of Science and Technology Long-term Internship program allows students to gain mid- to long-term (four to ten weeks or more) work experience at companies, mainly during the spring and summer breaks.

Companies scheduled to participate in the information session on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, are offering a variety of internship programs to students.

By seriously engaging in this internship, you can gain insights and learning that only come from actual work experience. This allows you to broaden your knowledge in your research field, understand what it means to work in society, and see how your current studies can be applied. These takeaways can be highly beneficial for your subsequent research activities and career choices.

In particular, for fourth-year undergraduate students, participating in this internship during the spring break just before entering a master's program, and for first-year master's students, during their summer break, has a positive impact on their subsequent motivation to learn and their research capabilities. Many senior students who have participated in the past have attested to the positive outcomes of the internship.
