Mayu Muramatsu Laboratory, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Science and Technology, Keio University: Simulation of Materials through Multiple Physical Phenomena

The Muramatsu Laboratory, grounded in solid mechanics, focuses on unraveling the complex phenomena of metals, polymers, and ceramics. Through multiphysics and multiscale simulations that combine features across multiple phenomena and scales, the laboratory proposes numerical prediction methods for the deformation behavior occurring in functional devices such as fuel cells. It also aims to develop new CAE technologies using machine learning and quantum computers, integrating these approaches with experiments and measurements.
