KIF Research Introduction: Shinichi Watanabe - Development of a Portable Terahertz Polarimeter and its Industrial Application

One of the research projects at the Keio University Innovation Foundry (KIF) is "Development of a Portable Terahertz Polarimeter and its Industrial Application," led by Shinichi Watanabe, an associate professor in the Department of Physics. This research aims to develop a device that can non-destructively measure the strain and orientation of polymer materials by using the polarization information of terahertz light.
