Fukagata Laboratory - Reducing Environmental Impact through Flow Control

At the Fukagata Laboratory, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Science and Technology, Keio University, we conduct research on fundamental technologies that contribute to reducing environmental impact through the versatile control of fluid flow. Specifically, we are focusing on research related to the "reduction of aerodynamic drag" by reducing the frictional drag of wall turbulence, and the "reduction of fluid noise" by suppressing vortices shed from an object.
