Yasuoka Laboratory - Leading the Field of Molecular Dynamics Simulation

At the Yasuoka Laboratory, we conduct research on the movement of atoms and

molecules in soft materials, such as liquids and liquid phases, using the method of molecular simulation.

Our particular focus is on using molecular dynamics simulations to calculate the forces acting between molecules and between atoms, and to observe the ever-changing motion of these molecules and atoms over time.

In recent years, advancements in nanotechnology have made manufacturing in the invisible world a necessity.

While it is difficult to observe how the state of atoms changes over time through experiments, at the Yasuoka Laboratory, we make this possible by calculating it with simulations.
