Fab City Kamakura Project: FAB de Kiero!? Debriefing Session 2025 [Professor Kenji Miyamoto, Department of Bioinformation Science]

This project began at the 2024 Fab City Exhibition. Fab City researchers reported on their work, from the production to the trial operation of "FAB de Kiero," a new type of food waste composter that can be assembled like a plastic model. We then held an in-depth discussion, inviting stakeholders involved in its sales, as well as microbiology experts and others.
