Keio University

Various Courses for Keio Students

We plan and operate the "Human Education Lecture Series," where individuals active in various fields share their experiences, worldviews, life perspectives, and philosophies, as well as the "Distinguished Lecture Series."

Human Education Lecture Series

Keio University holds the founding spirit of being "a source of honorable character and a paragon of intellect and morals for the entire nation." In addition to this, the Faculty of Science and Technology aims to foster human resources who can lead society through science and technology. Therefore, students studying at the Faculty of Science and Technology are strongly expected not only to acquire advanced specialized knowledge but also to cultivate high morals, a broad global perspective, and a strong social consciousness.

To provide such opportunities, the Faculty of Science and Technology—centered on the Faculty of Science and Technology Student Ethics and Moral Education Curriculum Advisory Committee—plans and operates the "Human Education Lecture Series." In this series, various individuals, including those leading modern society, those active internationally, and those mastering their chosen paths, share their experiences and the worldviews, life perspectives, and philosophies based on them. We look forward to the active participation of Keio students, especially first- and second-year students of the Faculty of Science and Technology.

Distinguished Lecture Series

We conduct a lecture series for Keio students across the Faculty of Science and Technology, the Graduate School of Science and Technology, and other faculties and graduate schools, inviting prominent lecturers to introduce cutting-edge initiatives in their respective fields.
