Biography

General introduction

'''''''Our laboratory focuses on synthesis and characterization of functional materials such as spin-crossover transition-metal complexes, macromolecular complexes, and biologically important compounds. Research areas include Moessbauer and NMR spectroscopic characterization of metalloporphyrins, interaction of porphyrins and chlorophylls with DNA, and interaction of water-soluble chlorophylls with low-density lipoprotein. A variety of international research projects on bioinorganic and coordination chemistry are in progress.'''''''
