Basic Information

Message from Faculty

The economies and societies of Europe, especially Continental Europe have much in common with those of Japan. My research centres on the European economies, their implications for Japan and EU-Japan relations. In education, I follow the Fukuzawa tradition and emphasise the importance of independent-thinking and self-responsibility. If you are interested in studying at the graduate school of economics and would like to designate me as your thesis advisor, please send by post your CV including your research so far.
