We look back on the trajectory of the Keio University Art Center (KUAC), which celebrated its 30th anniversary in October 2023, through the publications it has issued to date.
Publications can be considered a means of making an organization public.
It can be said that the stance and philosophy of the publisher naturally emerge in the methods and forms used to communicate and preserve information through publications.
At the Keio University Art Center (KUAC), there are media that have been published consistently for 30 years—Annual Reports, ARTLET (newsletters), and Booklets (specialized series)—as well as publications produced in various forms as the occasion demanded.
In addition, we have issued many publications, such as exhibition-related catalogs since the establishment of the exhibition room.
By exhibiting these publication achievements and their changes, we will trace the 30-year trajectory of the Keio University Art Center (KUAC) and look toward the future.
