■ Workshop Overview

In this workshop, through learning the basics of competitive programming, participants will acquire programming skills such as syntax and computational complexity improvement, and we aim to build foundational abilities that can be applied to other advanced workshops such as the Competitive Programming Workshop (for intermediate/advanced users) and

machine learning. Beginners with no programming experience are also welcome.

In each session, the instructor will provide reference materials based on the designated textbook ("Introduction to AtCoder Programming Contests: Developing Algorithmic Thinking!" by Kensuke Ohtsuki, AtCoder Inc.). The first 40 minutes will be in a lecture format, and the last 40 minutes will be in an exercise format. Slides used in each session will be made public afterward, so please use them for self-study.
