Keio University Partners with the Kokushu Tech Innovation Promotion Organization to Develop an AI-Powered Sake and Food Pairing System—Creating New Value in Gastronomy Using Market Design
Keio University (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kohei Ito), in collaboration with the Kokushu Tech Innovation Promotion Organization, a general incorporated association (Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Nobuyuki Sato; hereinafter "KTIP"), has developed "Sakeforyou," a sake and food pairing system. The system aims to easily and accurately promote Japanese food culture overseas on an AI basis, utilizing features such as a matching system backed by the latest microeconomic theory.
