The Keio University Global Research Institute's KEIO SPORTS SDGs (Keio Sports SDGs Center) will hold the "Keio Online Radio Taiso 2024 Summer."

For five days, from Thursday, August 1 to Monday, August 5, we will conduct a 20-minute early morning exercise program online, aiming to combat lack of exercise and maintain a regular daily routine during the summer vacation. Each session will feature a variety of guests and experts, along with mini-lectures on SDGs and sports. Additionally, a "Katakana Rally" is planned, where participants can collect katakana characters announced in each session to enter a prize drawing. Furthermore, on Saturday, August 3, an in-person exercise session and event will be held simultaneously at the athletic field on the Keio University Hiyoshi Campus.

This year marks the fifth time this event has been held. We will continue to promote physical activity in the community by providing an enjoyable opportunity for people of all ages—from children and their parents to senior citizens—to participate in exercise, accessible to anyone, anywhere.
