This project was launched in 2022 to mark the 150th anniversary of the publication of the first edition of "Gakumon no susume (An Encouragement of Learning)" by Yukichi Fukuzawa. Following up on the first two videos released from November of last year to March of this year, the third video installment is titled "Biri Gyaru and 'Gakumon no susume (An Encouragement of Learning).'" It was released on Tuesday, November 21. In this video, Sayaka Kobayashi, also known as "Biri Gyaru," a graduate of Keio University who is currently attending Columbia University, and Keio University President Kohei Itoh have a discussion about the challenges of taking entrance exams and studying abroad.
The video will be available from Tuesday, November 21, on the special website ( Gakumon no Susume Special Website: [Keio University] ) and
the Keio University YouTube channel ( Keio University - YouTube ).
