MotionLib Inc. (headquartered in Kawasaki, Kanagawa; Takahiro Mizoguchi, CEO) and Keio University (located in Kawasaki, Kanagawa; Kohei Onishi, Project Professor at the Keio Frontier Research & Education Collaborative Square (K-FRECS) at Shin-Kawasaki and Director of the Haptics Research Center) have demonstrated that servo amplifiers with digital communication specifications manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Kei Uruma, President & CEO) can be controlled using the force feedback technology Real Haptics®. The demonstration, conducted using equipment owned by Nippon Steel Engineering Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Yukito Ishiwa, Representative Director and President), has confirmed the technology's usefulness.
