The Moonshot Kanai Project, a research and development project under Moonshot Goal 1 of the Moonshot Research and Development Program led by the Cabinet Office, titled "Liberation from the Body's Constraints through the Augmentation of Physical and Perceptual Abilities" (Project Manager: Ryota Kanai; Lead Institution: Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International (ATR); hereinafter referred to as the Moonshot Kanai Project), has released the "Brain-Tech Evidence Book ver. 1.0." This book summarizes the scientific evidence on Brain-Tech (neurotechnology), a technology that utilizes the fusion of neuroscience knowledge and technology. This evidence book compiles the effectiveness and safety of Brain-Tech, verified based on a scientific method called systematic review. In conjunction with the release of version 1.0, we are solicitingpublic commentsfor the further development of this book. We encourage you to review the book and would be grateful to receive your opinions, impressions, and critiques.
