Keio University's Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC; located in the Endo area of Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture) has decided to strive for carbon neutrality and join the Renewable Energy University League, taking initiative in addressing global warming and fostering future leaders to create a sustainable society.
SFC will take steps to power itself completely using green energy by the year 2030 through energy conservation measures, converting to renewable energy, and other processes. In addition, SFC will strengthen collaboration with other universities that share the same goals in the Renewable Energy University League.
