As part of the Keio Sports SDGs Project, KEIO SPORTS SDGs will co-host the "Fujisawa Online Radio Calisthenics 2022 Summer" with Fujisawa City. For three days during the event period, an early morning online exercise program will be held for elementary school students to help them stay active and maintain a regular daily routine during their summer vacation. The online program is scheduled to provide 20 minutes of exercise and learning, featuring radio calisthenics using videos of local professional sports teams, as well as a quiz on Sports SDGs and original exercises, developed in cooperation with the university's Sports Medicine Research Center. Participation is open not only to Fujisawa citizens but to everyone. By providing an opportunity for a wide range of generations, from children to the elderly, to enjoy exercise, we aim to promote physical activity in the community.
