The Graduate School of System Design and Management, Keio University (Keio SDM) will exhibit at the Milan Salone (Milan Design Week 2022), the world's largest design festival, held in Milan, Italy, from Tuesday, June 7 to Sunday, June 12, 2022. This will be its sixth exhibition, following its participation in SaloneSatellite in 2015, a solo university exhibition in the Tortona district in 2016, an exhibition at Superstudio, a central feature of the Milan Salone, in 2017, and a joint exhibition with a company of a Keio SDM alumnus in 2018.

As we enter the third year of our fight against COVID-19, the way individuals and society as a whole think about and approach health continues to be questioned. We believe it is important to view problems as systems, clarify their structures, and improve their connections to optimize the behavior of the whole. Under the theme "New HOLOS - Awakening to New Health," Keio SDM will exhibit two solutions by teams of students and alumni: 1) "Yokun," a new habit-forming training that focuses on the decline in the sense of smell, which people are often unaware of, and 2) "AQUASTASIS," a product that encourages proper daily hydration, which is often difficult to practice even when its importance is understood.

Through its exhibition at the Milan Salone, Keio SDM aims to raise awareness of the potential for solving social issues through education in system design based on systems engineering.
