Obayashi Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kenji Hasuwa) and the Haptics Research Center, Keio University Global Research Institute (Director: Toshiyuki Murakami, Professor, Faculty of Science and Technology; Takahiro Nozaki, Senior Assistant Professor, Faculty of Science and Technology) have jointly developed a construction skill reproduction system. By applying "Real Haptics," a technology that reproduces force feedback and tactile sensations, the system can reproduce the hand movements, forces, and tactile sensations involved in plastering work.
