Based on a partnership agreement, the Keio University Graduate School of System Design and Management and Kohoku Ward will implement an "Online Exercise Program" for students of Yokohama Municipal Hiyoshidai Elementary School.

With the full cooperation of the Keio Rugby Football Club, this program will also feature the participation of coaches from the Keio University Athletic Association Rugby Football Club and will utilize training methods developed at the Keio Kids Performance Academy.

Through online instruction, the program aims not only to resolve a lack of exercise but also to help participants acquire and improve their athletic skills by conducting assessments using surveys and videos. Additionally, it will utilize a web application for participants to input and review their daily sleep time and physical condition, thereby helping to improve disruptions in their daily rhythms.

Through this initiative, we aim to build on the legacy of the Rugby World Cup 2019 TM and generate momentum for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
