The Keio University Graduate School of Media Design (KMD) will hold the "Service Design Symposium 2020" on Friday, February 28, 2020, at Mita Campus (Minato-ku, Tokyo). This symposium will introduce the six skills that can be learned in the "Service Design Course"—design thinking, service design engineering, innovation marketing, a well-being perspective, information infrastructure design, and management accounting. The course was established as a result of being selected for a three-year subsidized project, the "Industry-Academia Collaborative Service Management Human Resource Development Project" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The symposium will also examine the trust infrastructure that enables the service design we have been working on.
