Dr. Ralph Townsend, a former headmaster of a prestigious British public school, was appointed Headmaster of Keio Academy of New York, effective August 1, 2019.
While upholding its educational philosophy centered on "bilingual and bicultural education," Keio Academy of New York, with the appointment of Headmaster Townsend, will further its efforts to evolve into a school that meets global standards, modeled after leading boarding schools in the West.
