Signing of the World's First International Charter, "InterNational Cyber Security Center of Excellence (INCS-CoE)," by Six Universities from Japan, the US, and the UK

The International Cybersecurity Center of Excellence Charter Agreement has been signed by six universities: Keio University, Kyushu University, Northeastern University (US), the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (US), Imperial College London (UK), and Royal Holloway, University of London (UK). The signing of this international charter at the president and chancellor level by these six universities from Japan, the US, and the UK is a world first.
