Keio University (location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Akira Haseyama) and Concur Japan, Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masamune Mimura; hereinafter "Concur") will jointly launch a proof-of-concept aimed at reforming business processes for research fund and expense management. The project aims to improve operational efficiency and go paperless by using Concur's invoice management cloud service, "Concur Invoice," for invoice processing and its expense reimbursement and management cloud service, "Concur Expense," for employee-reimbursed expenses at Keio University. The environment for this proof-of-concept is being provided by Concur free of charge.
