The Keio University Graduate School of Business Administration (hereafter, KBS) has been offering the Asia Business Field Study (CKJ Program) as one of its master's program courses since 2012. This program is a fieldwork course where business school students from China and South Korea, along with KBS students, visit companies in the host country, engage in discussions with executives, and conduct corporate analysis, identify challenges, and make proposals based on a specific theme. In 2018, Japan will be the host country, and students will analyze companies in sectors such as ryokan (Japanese inns) in Yamanaka Onsen (Kaga, Ishikawa Prefecture), transportation, food and beverage, and logistics, under the theme "Productivity in the Service Industry: Is Japanese 'Omotenashi' Profitable?"

We invite the press to cover this KBS initiative to cultivate future global business leaders.
