The Graduate School of Health Management and the Sports Medicine Research Center at Keio University, in collaboration with Fujisawa City and the Fujisawa City Health and Medical Foundation, have compiled the "Group Exercise Guide." This guide outlines the benefits and secrets to continuing group exercises performed in familiar locations, which are effective for physical, mental, and social well-being. The guide is designed to support groups in three stages—"Starting," "Continuing," and "Expanding" group exercise—targeting older adults and others who have not been able to continue exercising regularly.

Keio University will continue to strengthen its collaboration with Fujisawa City, and will publicize, provide, and support over 200 groups within Fujisawa City with this guide.

We invite the press to cover this initiative.
