In November 2016, Keio University called on over ten universities from Japan, the US, and the UK to establish the world's first international collaborative organization, the "InterNational Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (INCS-CoE)," to address borderless cyber threats. This organization has now grown to include 24 participating universities, with the new addition of universities from Israel and Indonesia.

On Thursday, March 29, and Friday, March 30, 2018, the 6th International Cybersecurity Symposium, "Corporate Decision-Making for a Trusted Global Supply Chain," will be held at Keio University's Mita Campus. In addition to presentations on the achievements of the INCS-CoE's activities, this symposium will feature discussions by top leaders from government agencies, industry, and universities from various countries. Furthermore, to join the INCS-CoE, the University of Delaware, Northeastern University, UMBC, Tel Aviv University, Ben-Gurion University, and Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) will hold a signing ceremony for an academic exchange agreement in the presence of ambassadors from each country and other dignitaries, prior to conducting international joint research in the field of cybersecurity. We kindly request your cooperation in announcing and providing media coverage for this symposium.
