The Keio Leading-edge Laboratory of Science and Technology (KLL) (Kohoku-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture) will hold KEIO TECHNO-MALL 2017 (the 18th KEIO TECHNO-MALL) on Friday, December 15, at the Tokyo International Forum (Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo).

KEIO TECHNO-MALL is an event that widely disseminates the research results of the Keio University Faculty of Science and Technology and Graduate School of Science and Technology, providing a venue for encounters that can lead to industry-government-academia collaboration, such as joint research and technology transfer. We aim to create an exhibition that allows visitors to envision the process of success, where human resource development and the creation of new ideas are sought through industry-government-academia collaboration, leading to tangible outcomes.

At this exhibition, you can view the research results and technologies of over 100 themes from the Keio University Faculty of Science and Technology and the Graduate School of Science and Technology through demonstrations, physical exhibits, and panel displays. In addition to roundtable sessions and concurrent seminars by our university's researchers, the main events include a special keynote speech by astronaut Naoko Yamazaki titled "Japan as Seen from Space, the World as Seen from Space," and a roundtable discussion titled "What We Expect from the Faculty of Science and Technology as Business Leaders." For this roundtable, we will welcome Mr. Genichi Tamatsuka, Mr. Kazutoshi Kobayashi, and Mr. Hisataka Ikuta, who studied at Keio University and became corporate executives, to discuss their expectations for the education and research at the Keio University Faculty of Science and Technology from a management perspective.

We would appreciate it if you could feature this event in your event announcements and provide media coverage.
