Keio University (located in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Akira Haseyama) has introduced "F-REGI Payment," a service provided by F-REGI Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka; CEO: Kazuhiko Sugimoto; hereinafter "F-REGI"), and began accepting online applications for various certificates for alumni (e.g., certificates of graduation, academic transcripts; excluding those for the Correspondence Courses) starting Tuesday, November 28, 2017. The implementation of online applications for these certificates is expected to significantly improve services for the university's approximately 370,000 current alumni.
