Professor Takashi Maeno and his colleagues at the Graduate School of System Design and Management, Keio University, have conducted various studies on the science of happiness. Now, as an outcome of their research on well-being in management, they will launch the "Research Group on Management for Sustained Happiness for All" in October 2017, together with more than ten companies. The goal is to spread a management style to businesses and society as a whole that allows employees, managers, customers, and society to remain happy.
