On January 13, 2017, the Keio University Faculty of Science and Technology concluded an international collaboration agreement in the field of information and communication with the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives; hereinafter "CEA") in Grenoble, France.
