How to Apply for Public Lectures

Member Registration

When using the system for the first time, please register as a member through the Public Lecture Web Application System. There are no registration or annual fees. Even before registering, you can view the list of courses by selecting "View Courses/Proceed to Application." To register, click "Member Registration" in the upper right corner of the screen (or "Member Registration" under "menu" on a smartphone or other device).

How to Apply

  1. Select a course from "View Courses/Proceed to Application" on the Public Lecture Web Application System.

  2. Answer the questions for each course, including whether you require continuing education credits, and then click "Next."

  3. The final confirmation page will be displayed. Please review all information, including your personal details such as your pharmacist registration number, and then click "Complete."

Lecture Fee Payment

  1. Check the provisional application confirmation email that is automatically sent after you complete your application on the system.

  2. Pay the lecture fee according to the instructions in the provisional application confirmation email. When making the transfer, please enter your application number before your name as the payer. (Please see the email for details.)

  3. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a payment completion email from the faculty. Please check for this email.

Important Information for Public Lecture Attendees

  1. Continuing education credits will not be issued to participants who are late for a public lecture. For in-person lectures, please arrive early and be seated before the lecture begins. Please be aware that credits will also not be awarded to those who leave early, regardless of the time of departure.

  2. A pharmacist registration number is required at the time of application for those who wish to receive continuing education credits.

  3. There is no dedicated parking for public lecture attendees. Please use public transportation or nearby paid parking lots.

  4. Please note that eating and drinking are prohibited inside the public lecture venue, with the exception of beverages in containers with a lid.
