On November 21, 2024, the Faculty of Pharmacy hosted the Keio Medical Science Prize Satellite Symposium 2024, "AI-Driven Life Science and Drug Discovery."
The symposium featured an interactive talk with Dr. Demis Hassabis (Co-Founder and CEO of Google DeepMind), recipient of the 29th (2024) Keio Medical Science Prize and the 2024 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry, along with lectures by three researchers.
Dr. Hassabis enthusiastically answered questions from the students in attendance.
