Hidemi Misawa
Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy, Keio University
At the Keio University Faculty of Pharmacy Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus, we are continuing our educational and research activities while taking the utmost precautions to prevent infection, based on the current status of COVID-19 in Japan and the Tokyo metropolitan area.
Furthermore, for student classes, with the aim of maintaining the educational effectiveness expected of a medical faculty, we have established formats for in-person and remote learning according to the characteristics of each course, while giving full consideration to infection prevention. The ratio of in-person to remote classes is also being adjusted as needed in response to infection prevention measures issued by the national and local governments and the overall infection situation in society. Details on how classes and other activities will be conducted will be announced to all students via the university website and other channels, so please refer to them.
Please note that access to the Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus is restricted to only those whose entry is deemed necessary, regardless of whether they are university members or not. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
