The 2nd Inter-Laboratory Table Tennis Tournament Held

On Friday, September 29, the 2nd Inter-Laboratory Table Tennis Tournament was held at the gymnasium on the Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus.

At the Faculty of Pharmacy, all students belong to a laboratory and work on their graduation research.

This tournament was organized by the Faculty of Pharmacy's table tennis club to foster camaraderie within and between laboratories through table tennis, with undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty members from each laboratory participating.

On the day of the event, intense matches were played in both singles and doubles.

The final match was particularly thrilling, a close contest that went to a tie-break, and the cheering was enthusiastic.

Winning the intense battle, the Laboratory of Metabolic Physiology and Chemistry, last year's runner-up, brilliantly claimed the title of the second champion.

Second place went to the Laboratory of Drug Informatics, which fought tenaciously to the end, and third place was secured by the Laboratory of Molecular Synthetic Chemistry, making its first appearance in the top three.
