First Inter-Laboratory Table Tennis Tournament Held

On Friday, December 23, the inter-laboratory table tennis tournament was held for the first time at the gymnasium on the Shiba-Kyoritsu Campus.

At the Faculty of Pharmacy, all students belong to a laboratory (koza) and work on their graduation research.

This tournament was planned by the Faculty of Pharmacy's table tennis club with the aim of promoting friendship within and between laboratories through table tennis, with the participation of undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty members from each laboratory.

On the day of the event, 13 laboratories participated, and intense matches were played in singles and doubles.

The first-ever champion was the Chemotherapy (Division of), the runner-up was the Division of Metabolic Physiology and Chemistry, and third place went to the Education Research Center for Pharmaceutical Sciences.
