Advisor System

Faculty of Pharmacy has established its own advisor system to create an environment where students can easily consult with faculty members. From their first year until their laboratory assignment for graduation research (fourth year for Department of Pharmacy and third year for Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences), Faculty of Pharmacy students are placed in small groups of several students from the same academic year, with one faculty member assigned to each group as an advisor. After being assigned to a laboratory, the academic advisor for their graduation research becomes their advisor. Students can freely consult their advisors about their daily studies, personal life, career paths, and other issues. When needed, advisors also act as a point of contact, coordinating with other faculty and staff to help students receive additional support. Additionally, social gatherings for advisors and students are held to promote interaction not only among students in the same academic year but also with upper- and lower-year students. Meetings between advisors and parents or guardians are also held once a year to exchange information.
