The Faculty of Pharmacy and the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences consist of two departments and two majors, with laboratories (departments), various centers dedicated to research and education, an affiliated pharmacy, an affiliated medicinal plant garden, a library and other facilities.

The Faculty of Pharmacy’s Department of Pharmacy received a third-party evaluation of its six-year pharmacy education program from the Japan Accreditation Board for Pharmaceutical Education in the 2024 academic year. Among the aspects evaluated were the educational curriculum, educational processes and educational research environment. As a result, the program was certified as conforming to the “Pharmaceutical Education Evaluation Standards” established by this organization.

This publication contains an annual academic report, reports on the activities of departments, centers and committees, as well as the results of self-assessment and evaluation. We also publish basic data.
