Keio University Global Research Institute (KGRI), in collaboration with the China Institute of International Studies (CIIS) and Korea University Cyber Law Center, has been conducting the Japan-China-Korea Cybersecurity Track 2 Dialogue since 2016. The dialogue aims to exchange views on national strategies, technology, international relations, and other topics, and to work towards building confidence-building measures (CBMs).
