Summary
Globally, the magnitude of the impact of mental health problems on society has become one of the most important issues. In recent years, due to the impact of the COVID-19, the magnitude of this problem has continued to increase. In the corporate sector, this problem has come to the fore in the form of long-term absences from work due to mental health problems, increased loss of labor productivity, and an increase in the number of applications and certifications for workers' compensation for mental disorders. The various effects caused by the mental health problems of these employees are a heavy burden for both the employees and the companies.
The purpose of establishing the Stress Research Center is to solve the impact of these mental health problems on companies and society by using the knowledge of psychiatry and clinical psychology.
