Summary
This is an educational program in honor of late Richard L. Armitage, former U.S. Secretary of State, for next generation scholars and practitioners who contribute to the Japan-U.S. relations. We send graduate students to Washington, DC to discuss their research results with American scholars and practitioners working in the fields of Japan-U.S. relations and East Asian security studies. This Armitage program is sponsored by twelve Japanese companies.
