Summary
The Leadership Center engages in both research and educational activities to train people who can demonstrate true leadership. We provide education from various angles, including negotiation and dialogue studies, which are indispensable for solving problems that confront us, as well as coaching and leadership theory, to develop logical communication skills. We also partner with overseas researchers to look at the latest leadership research in the world, and constantly return the results of that research to our educational programs.
Specific topics include basic leadership education, negotiation studies, dialogue studies, SDGs and leadership, global security governance, and crypto assets.
