Summary
This research aims at developing a new service by applying advanced ICTs to human centered service design methodologies. For this purpose, it executes service design process, which incorporates both scientific and humanistic approaches, to evaluate the proof of concepts developed in the previous joint research project between Keio University and KDDI.
