Summary

This research tries to integrate the data-driven techniques of behavioral design into the human-centered approach of service design in order to improve the efficiency of service design process and also promote effective communication among stakeholders. In particular, it aims at developing a tool to apply the behavioral design patterns to support the ideation of service concepts for helping desirable behavior changes.
