Summary
When a new American administration comes in, especially when an opposite party takes the White House, drastic change of policies is anticipated. Cyber security policy is not an exception. This research project investigates the current situation of security and governance of cyberspace. It also covers the discussion around United Nations' Group of Governmental Experts (GGE) on cyber issues.
