For regional activation, it is essential to development and networking of human resources responsible for community activities proactively. This research aims to foster people with high motivation for regional action and to develop an effective course design in urban environment through a pilot program ""Gokinjo Innovation School"" that has been managed by Shiba Regional Office and Keio University.
