This is to inform you that the KGRI office on the 4th floor of the East Building, Mita Campus, will be relocated to the North Annex (★) as detailed below. This move is part of the organizational consolidation of the Mita Office of Research Development and Sponsored Projects.

*Please note that due to the relocation work, both the 4th-floor office and the 5th-floor Collaboration Space will be closed all day on the 23rd.

Important
1) The previous extension number can no longer be used for either incoming or outgoing calls. Please use the external number when calling.
2) Mail from within Keio addressed to KGRI will be delivered directly to the North Annex.
3) For all packages sent to or from projects, including mail from within Keio, postal mail, and courier services, KGRI will generally not be able to accept them on your behalf, as has been the policy. We ask each project to manage its own deliveries. Please ensure this policy and the correct delivery address are thoroughly communicated within your project and to all relevant parties.
4) The Collaboration Space on the 5th floor of the East Building will remain available. However, due to the relocation of the administrative staff, the rules for its use will change. For example, card keys must now be borrowed from and returned to the main gate security office.

5) Please note that mail from within Keio, postal mail, courier services, and other deliveries cannot be received at the Collaboration Space.
★What is the North Annex?
It is a new facility constructed this past March on a hill in Mita 1-chome, a 5- to 6-minute walk northwest from the Mita Campus. It serves as a new site for education and research and as a hub for disseminating knowledge.
