The second-round review for the KGRI Start-up Research Grant applications will be held on the following schedule.
It will be conducted in person in an open hearing format, so those considering applying next fiscal year are welcome to attend.
(An open hearing is a second-round review where applicants who have passed the first-round review for the KGRI Start-up Research Grant give presentations that are open to Keio-affiliated personnel other than the reviewers.)

[About the KGRI Start-up Research Grant]
This is a new research grant program started in FY2019 for young researchers within Keio who aim to launch international and interdisciplinary research projects.
Grant Amount: Up to 4 projects, with a maximum of 2 million JPY each
Eligible Research: Advanced research that is cross-faculty/graduate school and has international and interdisciplinary aspects.
Research Period: Mid-May 2023 to March 31, 2024
Eligibility (for Principal Investigator): Must be 45 years of age or younger as of April 1, 2023 (Limited to Keio University faculty members)
